DOGGY DOG
Start
Before we decide where to go, we need to know where we're starting.

Your dog isn't a template.
So we don't treat their training like one.
The DOGGY DOG Start is a 6-day, 5-night introduction designed to give us the time and space to properly understand your dog — how they behave, how they learn, what motivates them, what challenges them, and what they need from us.
We don't just assess your dog.
We live alongside them. We train them. We get to know them.
And by the end, we have a much clearer picture of where to go next.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The DOGGY DOG Start is for owners who want more than a quick assessment or a generic training plan.
It can be a great starting point if:
-
You're not sure what your dog actually needs.
-
You're struggling with behaviour and don't know where to begin.
-
You've tried different approaches and aren't getting the results you'd hoped for.
-
You want a professional, in-depth understanding of your dog.
-
You want a clear plan for what to work on next.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to us.
That's partly what we're here for.
WHAT HAPPENS?
5 nights. 6 days.
Your dog stays with our certified trainers and becomes part of the household.
During their stay, we:
1
Watch
How they behave and respond to the world around them.
2
Listen
To their communication, body language and responses.
3
Train
We start working on appropriate skills and behaviours.
We discover what motivates them, what helps them learn and what gets in the way.

Every dog gives us different information.
And we pay attention.

What do you do?
The DOGGY DOG isn't about handing your dog over and forgetting about them.
Before the stay, we talk to you about your dog, your concerns and what you'd like help with.
During the programme, our trainers do the hands-on work while building a clear picture of your dog's needs.
And when the stay is finished, we bring everything together for you.
You don't need to be a dog trainer.
You just need to be honest about what's happening at home.
WHAT DOES YOUR DOG LEARN?
There's no fixed list of commands your dog has to tick off.
The training depends on the dog in front of us.
Depending on their needs, we may work on things like:
The important part isn't how many commands they can perform.
It's understanding what helps them learn.
